4 day weekend

Tomorrow is DAY 1 of Bob's 4 day weekend. It is actually a national holiday for this year only called "Commencement Day". They are declaring a new constitution or changes to the constitution or something like that. I don't really understand this island's government. I know that the Queen has to sign off on everything, but I doubt she even looks at what they are doing here.
