This past week Jessi was in Cayman with her boyfriend Brad to visit the Caribbean. We took them to all the best places in Cayman. The pirate ship sunset cruise, brunch, a beach braai, and snorkeling were some of the highlights!
Saturday Bob and I took it easy around here. We went to see "Year One" in the afternoon and grilled dinner. Sunday we went to the Ritz-Carlton brunch to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary (actual anniversary is on Wednesday). It was a fancy brunch and we tried all sorts of odd foods like a savory cheesecake with salmon, dill and caviar and a cauliflower au gratin with black truffles. It was more expensive than any other brunch we've been to, but a nice treat for a special occasion. We still think that the Marriott brunch is our favorite. Wednesday we are taking the dog to get Xrays and we hope nothing too serious is wrong, but that they can figure something out.
